Product 01 — Big ideas. Solid facts.
Proofkin
Two jobs in one product. The first works out what you have built, who wants it and what to call it, with the evidence attached. The second writes the campaigns and content from that, instead of starting a fresh story every time.
What it is
The question that stopped the first version.
Proofkin’s first flow opened by asking for a business name. Our own PDF editor did not have one. There was a working Windows build, a rough idea of who it was for, and a placeholder nobody had ever sat down and decided on, so the flow could not start at all.
What was missing was everything that happens before a name exists: what the thing does, who wants it, what it should be called and on what grounds. That became the first half of the product. The editor is now VL PDF, and the application carries that name. The naming decision is part of the product record; adopting a name does not itself establish trademark clearance.
So there are two halves. One settles what you have and what to call it. The other writes from that.
Market Foundation
The slow half. What the product does and the evidence for each claim, who it is for, how it sits against the alternatives, what it is called, how it sounds, what it offers. It ends with a name that has a reason behind it and a record of who chose it.
Growth Factory
The output half. Campaigns, content and publishing written from that record, so the fourth email and the landing page still say what the first one said.
Where it is being proven
On our own products first.
VL PDF is the Market Foundation case: a working application whose positioning, identity and offer have been developed alongside the product. BodyLytiX is the Growth Factory case, because its name, positioning and messaging already exist and what it needs is the campaigns that follow from them.
Proofkin runs on Vivenso Labs projects internally while we find out whether it holds up. It is not ready for customers. No sign-up, no waiting list, no price and no date, because none of that has been decided.
Limits, stated
What it will not claim to do.
- It does not clear a name. Conflict and linguistic checks stay marked preliminary and cannot be promoted to anything else. Legal clearance happens elsewhere and is recorded with a reference naming who gave it.
- It does not verify your evidence. Finishing a review records that a named person looked at it, not that the evidence holds.
- It does not approve a claim or publish anything by itself. Approval, the decision to publish and the verdict on a campaign stay with the founder.
