Product 02 — the customer product
BodyLytiX
Your sleep score drops nine points overnight and the watch has nothing to say about it. It does not know about the flight, the head cold or the meal you skipped. BodyLytiX is being built to read the signals you already collect alongside that missing context, name the things that plausibly contributed, and say how confident the evidence allows it to be.
Visit bodylytix.ai (opens in a new tab) BodyLytiX’s own public site. It leaves this one.
What it is
The reason lives outside the watch.
Anyone wearing one has plenty of numbers already: a sleep score, a readiness score, a training load, a recovery percentage. Each records that something moved, and none of them can reach the circumstances that would account for it.
BodyLytiX is being built to connect to the wearables and health apps somebody already uses and to normalise what comes back into one record built around that person's own baseline rather than a population average. From there it is designed to set out what moved, which recorded circumstances could plausibly account for it, what is missing from the picture, and what might be worth trying next.
What changed, what could reasonably explain it, and how much the data behind that answer is actually worth.
The product
Six pillars, one record, one coach.
The explanations worth having run across pillars rather than inside one of them, which is why the two usually treated as optional extras carry weight here.
Activity
Movement, workouts, cardio and strength, read in the context of everything else rather than scored on their own.
Sleep and recovery
Duration, stages, heart-rate variability and resting heart rate, tracked long enough to know what a normal night looks like for you.
Body metrics
Body composition, blood pressure and blood work — occasional measurements, treated as a different kind of signal from a daily one.
Intake
Nutrition, hydration and supplements, connected to recovery and performance instead of kept in a second app that never talks to the first.
Wellness and context
Mood, stress, energy, injury, illness, travel. Nothing a device can measure, and often the part that makes the rest make sense.
Women’s health
Cycle, fertility, pregnancy and menopause as a first-class pillar, because the correlations it takes part in cannot be produced without it.
Under all six sits a journal for what only a person can record, and a coach you can ask a plain why question about any of it.
Two entries, one product
BodyLytiX is the product. BLX Data Science is how we intend to check the claims.
- BodyLytiX is the thing a person would use: the connections, the six pillars, the journal, the coach, the account and the consent that governs all of it. It is the only one of the two that could ever be signed up for.
- BLX Data Science is the analysis inside it: baselines, deviation, cross-pillar correlation, anomaly flags, confidence tiers and the evidence behind each statement. It is in development alongside the app, is not sold, and has no customers of its own.
The rule the build is held to: the deterministic part produces the evidence and the language model may only put it into words. A sentence the arithmetic does not support should not be reachable. How that is meant to work is described on its own page.
Limits, stated
What BodyLytiX is not.
- It is not a diagnosis. It is designed for informational health and performance insight, not for medical diagnosis or treatment. A symptom or a result that worries you belongs with a qualified healthcare professional, not with an app.
- It does not replace the device. Your watch does the measuring. This is designed to sit above the measurements and read across them.
- It does not establish cause. A change in your data can have several plausible explanations, and the intended behaviour is to name them with a confidence level. Where the record has a gap, it should say so and lower the confidence rather than fill it with a tidy story.
- It is not open yet. There is no sign-up, price or date here. BodyLytiX has its own public site, bodylytix.ai (opens in a new tab), with an early-access list; what it costs and when it opens are the product’s to announce.
Honest state
Where it actually stands.
What BodyLytiX may publicly claim to do is held in a product truth register rather than in a marketing document. A capability moves past planned only when a person has recorded observed behaviour and proof.
-
The public product surface
BodyLytiX has its own live site, written in the conditional: designed to, rather than does. That site is where the product speaks for itself.
Live, and deliberately conditional -
The application itself
Connections, pillars, journal and coach, under build and evaluation against a defined acceptance gate. Not released. No accuracy figure, outcome or user result is claimed here, because none has been recorded in a form we would publish.
Being validated -
Its capability claims
Ten capabilities are seeded in the product truth register as planned or draft. At the last reading none was approved and none was wired to campaign generation, so what is above is intent and method rather than a feature list.
Governed -
Pricing, availability and commercial model
Not decided here, and therefore not stated here.
Not announced
On data
No personal health data, user record, screenshot or health research result appears anywhere on this site. The sleep-score example above is an illustration, not a reading from anyone.
