The studio
We build the software we needed ourselves.
Vivenso Labs is a small product studio in Dubai. A problem gets in the way on an ordinary day, the tools for it are expensive or awkward, and we build the one we wanted.
Six pieces of work are underway, all of them early, none of them for sale yet.
- People first
- Data with purpose
- Healthier lives
- A brighter tomorrow
About
About the studio.
Vivenso Labs is small and founder-led, working from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We don't take client briefs. We build our own ideas and stay with them until the problem is properly solved or the idea turns out not to be worth finishing.
VL PDF is a fair example of how that starts. One Saturday the founder needed to pull a few pages out of a PDF and sign them. Acrobat wanted a subscription for an afternoon's work, and PDFsam felt like software from another decade. So that afternoon turned into a Windows tool that handled those two jobs well, and it kept going from there. Friends and family are testing it now.
Proofkin is how we run everything else: it takes an idea to the point where we know what it is, who it's for and how to say it.
Products
What we're working on.
Proofkin, BodyLytiX and VL PDF are the product directions: early, and meant to reach people one day. BLX Data Science is the analysis engine inside BodyLytiX, listed on its own because it does a distinct job. TNT and WoS are tools we built for communities we belong to, so they're here as part of the work and not as something anyone can buy. Each links to a page separating what runs today from what doesn't.

01
Proofkin
Being validatedThe system we use to run our own product work. Market Foundation takes a raw idea to an audience, a position, brand direction, messaging and an offer; Growth Factory turns an approved foundation into campaigns, content and publishing, and won't start until the foundation is actually finished. We're proving it on Vivenso's own products before anyone else's.
-
02
BodyLytiX
Being validatedA health app that reads across six areas of your own data — activity, sleep, body metrics, intake, context and women's health — and tells you what may have contributed to a change. Pre-launch, with its own site and early-access list.
-
03
BLX Data Science
Being validatedThe analysis engine inside BodyLytiX: baselines, correlations across those six areas, anomaly detection, confidence tiers and a trail showing where each finding came from. The maths is done by code that can be checked and the language model only puts it into words. It isn't sold, and it doesn't come apart from the app.

VL PDF
Built and runningFill, sign and organise PDFs on your Windows PC. Local document tools, with no account needed. Free for personal and self-employed use; organisations pay AED 200 per named user per year. Currently an open preview.

05
TNT
Being validatedA phone-first companion for one competitive Warhammer 40,000 team, built around a Monte Carlo damage engine that works out what the odds really are. Fan-made, closed to that team, and not affiliated with Games Workshop.
-
06
WoS
Being validatedCombat analytics and shared planning for one state in Whiteout Survival, the mobile strategy game its players call WoS: a battle record, a weighted model that is open about where it gets things wrong, and a schedule in seven languages. Fan-made and closed to that community.
- Built and running Runs today on a real machine, used by us.
- Being validated Built in part; under test, not open to customers.
- Proposed Specified or intended. Not built.
How we work
Four habits.
They show up in what the portfolio does and doesn't claim.
We start from something that went wrong
Each of these began with a task that was harder than it should have been, not with an opportunity spotted in a market report.
We keep the evidence with the claim
Anything we say about a product is stored with the evidence behind it and with who approved it. Change the fact and the approval clears. The software enforces that.
It runs before it gets a price
Software has to work on a real machine with real input before we put a price or a promise on it. Nothing here has both yet.
We automate after it works by hand
A step gets automated once it can match the quality we've already managed manually, and not before.

Legal and trust
What this site collects, and what it does not claim.
- Nothing is collected here. No analytics, cookies, trackers, forms, scripts or third-party requests. Every byte is served from this site's own origin, so loading a page sends nothing to anyone but the host. Links to the BodyLytiX and VL PDF websites leave this site. Find VL PDF at www.vl-pdf.com. Nothing here loads from those destinations. Email links open your own email application.
- No company registration particulars are published. We have not published a legal entity name, registration number or registered address on this site.
- Nothing here is an offer. No pricing, availability date, warranty or contract. Nothing in the portfolio is for sale today.
- Other companies' names belong to them. Foxit, Adobe, Games Workshop and the games our fan-made tools are built around are named for identification only. Those names and marks are the trademarks and copyright of their respective owners, and Vivenso Labs is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.
- The words and artwork here are Vivenso Labs' except where a page says otherwise. Product marks are copied from the products' own repositories.
